Over the past few years, a lot has happened with Become Motivated. One year, I forgot to update my registration address and lost the domain to someone who did nothing but spam with it. For the past year, I have been with a spotty hosting company that seemed to have as much down time as up. Still, they were always polite and tried to be helpful. I just couldn’t stay there any longer. Despite the constant server issues, a lot of people still managed to get to the old site.

I just moved to a new hosting company. Hopefully, this one will prove more reliable. With the new host, I decided to have a new interface. PHP-Nuke was decent, but it had more features than my readers used. More than that, it had a few too many spammers. Once I blocked two domains, that all stopped, but I decided to go for a crisper, cleaner site. So, all the old content is gone and I am using WP instead.

In the coming days, I will get or create a theme I like and begin posting more articles.

With the old site, it seemed most people were interested in how to become motivated or stay motivated in general. Few people were interested in some of my other passions like sales and sales management.

So, with this new site, I will lay off the sales techniques and issues and focus more upon general motivation, staying motivated, and setting & achieving effective goals.
